You’ll work with engineering and product teams to translate research ideas into scalable solutions used by B2B distributors. Responsibilities include model design, fine-tuning, data preparation, performance evaluation, and technical deployment. Experience with Python, machine learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow), and integrating LLMs or OCR/NLP models into production is required. Familiarity with RAG, document parsing, or statistical forecasting is a plus. Success is measured by accuracy improvements, speed to deployment, and measurable customer impact. If you’re passionate about practical AI innovation and want to build technology that solves real business problems—not just theoretical models—this role is a high-impact opportunity.
Software Engineering Manager
The Software Engineering Manager leads a development team focused on building scalable AI-driven SaaS software. You will oversee sprint planning, development execution, architecture decisions, team coaching, and quality control. Core responsibilities include supporting backend design (NodeJS/NestJS), ensuring security compliance, driving delivery velocity, and collaborating across product and AI teams. Ideal candidates have experience managing engineers in SaaS or rapid-growth environments, plus hands-on background in system architecture or cloud technologies. Ideal candidates are fluent in NodeJS/NestJS, TypeScript, JSON/XML, and have experience with system-to-system integrations. Familiarity with industry ERPs like P21, Eclipse, Infor, or NetSuite is a plus. Success is measured by integration speed, code stability, and connectivity efficiency. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving technical challenges at the intersection of data engineering and workflow automation.
Sales Development Representative (3 positions)
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) drives pipeline growth through outbound prospecting, email and LinkedIn outreach, event follow-ups, and scheduling demos with distributor executives. You’ll use AI-enabled messaging and ROI-driven scripts to engage prospects based on pain points around quoting inefficiency and manual order intake. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, organized, competitive, and eager to learn. Strong communication and business curiosity are essential. Success is measured by demo volume, conversion rates, and opportunity creation. This role is a strong entry point to sales and offers advancement to Account Executive.
Partner Manager
The Partner Manager manages strategic relationships with buying groups, associations, resellers, and technology partners. You’ll drive webinar engagement, co-marketing campaigns, partner sales enablement, and contract execution. Responsibilities include building revenue-generating partner strategies, training partner teams, and tracking member adoption. Ideal candidates have experience managing partner programs or channel ecosystems with measurable results. Success is based on partner-influenced pipeline, deal volume, and engagement metrics. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys strategic relationship development and accelerating market penetration.

Ideal for results-driven sellers.
